Blessings for Those Who are Faithful to God

The Lord says, “My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, That they may dwell with me; He who walks in a perfect way, He shall serve me.”A faithful man will abound with blessings

(Gen 15:6) And he believed in the LORD, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.

(Num 12:6-8) Then He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in a vision; I speak to him in a dream. {7} Not so with My servant Moses; He is faithful in all My house. {8} I speak with him face to face, Even plainly, and not in dark sayings; And he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid To speak against My servant Moses?”

(Deu 7:9-10) “Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments; {10} “and He repays those who hate Him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack with him who hates Him; He will repay him to his face.

(2 Ki 12:15) Moreover they did not require an account from the men into whose hand they delivered the money to be paid to workmen, for they dealt faithfully.

(2 Chr 19:9) And he commanded them, saying, “Thus you shall act in the fear of the LORD, faithfully and with a loyal heart:

(2 Chr 16:8-9) “Were the Ethiopians and the Lubim not a huge army with very many chariots and horsemen? Yet, because you relied on the LORD, He delivered them into your hand. {9} “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.”

(2 Chr 31:18) and to all who were written in the genealogy; their little ones and their wives, their sons and daughters, the whole company of them; for in their faithfulness they sanctified themselves in holiness.

(Psa 31:22-24) For I said in my haste, “I am cut off from before Your eyes”; Nevertheless You heard the voice of my supplications When I cried out to You. {23} Oh, love the LORD, all you His saints! For the LORD preserves the faithful, And fully repays the proud person. {24} Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD.

(Psa 78:7-8) That they may set their hope in God, And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments; {8} And may not be like their fathers, A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation that did not set its heart aright, And whose spirit was not faithful to God.

(Psa 78:37-38) For their heart was not steadfast with Him, Nor were they faithful in His covenant. {38} But He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, And did not destroy them. Yes, many a time He turned His anger away, And did not stir up all His wrath;

(Psa 89:20-24) I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him, {21} With whom My hand shall be established; Also My arm shall strengthen him. {22} The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him. {23} I will beat down his foes before his face, And plague those who hate him. {24} “But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him, And in My name his horn shall be exalted.

(Psa 89:31-34) If they break My statutes And do not keep My commandments, {32} Then I will punish their transgression with the rod, And their iniquity with stripes. {33} Nevertheless My lovingkindness I will not utterly take from him, Nor allow My faithfulness to fail. {34} My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips.

(Psa 101:6-7) My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, That they may dwell with me; He who walks in a perfect way, He shall serve me. {7} He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who tells lies shall not continue in my presence.

(Psa 119:28-31) My soul melts from heaviness; Strengthen me according to Your word. {29} Remove from me the way of lying, And grant me Your law graciously. {30} I have chosen the way of truth; Your judgments I have laid before me. {31} I cling to Your testimonies; O LORD, do not put me to shame!

(Prov 12:22) Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, But those who deal truthfully are His delight.

(Prov 28:20) A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.

(Lam 3:21-26) This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. {22} Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. {23} They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. {24} “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” {25} The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him. {26} It is good that one should hope and wait quietly For the salvation of the LORD.

(Ezek 18:9) If he has walked in My statutes And kept My judgments faithfully; He is just; He shall surely live!” Says the Lord GOD.

(Hosea 2:19-20) “I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me In righteousness and justice, In lovingkindness and mercy; {20} I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, And you shall know the LORD.

(Hab 2:3-4) For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. {4} “Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.

(Mat 24:44-47) “Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. {45} “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? {46} “Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. {47} “Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods.

(Mat 25:21-23) “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ {22} “He also who had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.’ {23} “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

(Luke 16:9-13) “And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by unrighteous mammon, that when you fail, they may receive you into an everlasting home. {10} “He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much. {11} “Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? {12} “And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own? {13} “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

(1 Cor 4:1-2) Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. {2} Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.

(1 Cor 7:24-25) Brethren, let each one remain with God in that state in which he was called. {25} Now concerning virgins: I have no commandment from the Lord; yet I give judgment as one whom the Lord in His mercy has made trustworthy.

(Gal 5:22-25) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, {23} gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. {24} And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. {25} If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

(Eph 1:1-7) Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus: {2} Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. {3} Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, {4} just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, {5} having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, {6} to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He has made us accepted in the Beloved. {7} In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

(1 Th 5:23-24) Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. {24} He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

(2 Th 3:3-5) But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. {4} And we have confidence in the Lord concerning you, both that you do and will do the things we command you. {5} Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.

(1 Tim 1:12-16) And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry, {13} although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. {14} And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. {15} This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. {16} However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.

(1 Tim 4:12) Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

(2 Tim 2:1-2) You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. {2} And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

(Heb 3:1-6) Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, {2} who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was faithful in all His house. {3} For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who built the house has more honor than the house. {4} For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God. {5} And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, {6} but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

(3 John 1:2-8) Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. {3} For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. {4} I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. {5} Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you do for the brethren and for strangers, {6} who have borne witness of your love before the church. If you send them forward on their journey in a manner worthy of God, you will do well, {7} because they went forth for His name’s sake, taking nothing from the Gentiles. {8} We therefore ought to receive such, that we may become fellow workers for the truth.

(Rev 1:4-7) John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, {5} and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, {6} and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. {7} Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

(Rev 2:8-11) “And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write, ‘These things says the First and the Last, who was dead, and came to life: {9} “I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. {10} “Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. {11} “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.”‘

(Rev 17:14) “These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.”
